VASE ARRANGEMENT
IMPORTANT: Please read before ordering.
For our final month of floral (12/01-12/31), we will not be taking requests. We would like to play with flowers without restriction. If your arrangement is for a certain event, please note it.
We will not accept specific color or flower requests. You may receive something very off-the-wall, or you may receive a Thistle classic. It is entirely dependent on the designer. If you are not okay with this, please do not order.
You may choose any items in our online store to be delivered or picked up with your floral at no additional charge.
If you are in need of a same-day custom floral arrangement or have a special request, please call the shop. Please inquire directly about addresses outside of our delivery range.
Each arrangement is custom-made to order, with hand-selected floral based on seasonality and the most exquisite color palettes available to us. Floral design is strictly in our style, but we can accommodate special requests such as fragrance, simplicity, texture, etc.
The cost selected includes both the vase and floral. Vase selections are chosen based on floral, cost, and requests. We use only ceramic and metal vases that are suitable to be repurposed for plants or more floral.
We source as many local stems as possible but our climate has a short growing season. Most imported floral comes from the United States, the Netherlands, or Japan. As a sustainability practice, we import as little from over-farmed or poorly treated lands as possible.
Important Information:
PICK-UPS
+ Please do not arrive until you receive notification that the arrangement is ready. If you need it by a certain time, please specify the time under "order note" on the "cart" page, and we will do our best to accommodate (but cannot guarantee an exact time).
DELIVERY
+ All deliveries are sent out between 11am-5pm. On unusually busy days or holidays, deliveries can be as late as 7pm. If delivery is needed by a specific time or is going to a business, please specify the time under "order note" on the "cart" page, and we will do our best to accommodate.
+ If delivering to an apartment building or any address with a unit number, please be sure to include the number for ease of delivery. If available, our delivery driver will leave with concierge or at front desk.
+ Deliveries will be attempted and recipient notified if no one is home. If a safe place is available and weather is permitting, floral will be left in a safe place and the recipient will be notified. If we are unable to leave a delivery, or if the address is listed incorrectly, the arrangement will be returned to the shop for pick up or redelivery. A 50% charge of the original delivery cost is charged for redelivery, and the arrangement will be delivered the following day.
